While working as an experience designer at Britelite Immersive, our team was commissioned by NBC & the Today Show to build an interactive social media Q&A wall for the Orange Room with Carson Daly. This highly visible installation ran on national television for several months and needed to perform flawlessly every time.
My role was to ensure a consistent branded look between the show's set and our user interface design. I opted for a very straightforward design treatment to minimize any on-air confusion for celebrities interacting with the experience.
The installation was debuted on an episode of the Today Show with special guest Austin Mahone answering questions submitted to the show via Instagram. Our work was well received by NBC and our partners at the Today Show and increased viewer engagement substantially that season.
